Spa Concierge

Description

Be knowledgeable about all aspects of Lashlette's spa treatments and the Lashlette Brand to ensure guests are provided with accurate information and inquiries are responded to in complete detail quickly.

Accurately process all product sales, service bookings, client follow ups and ensure client contact information and notes are properly inputted.

Ensure guests are welcome and feel comfortable.

Ensure Spa is kept clean, helping Facialist to change bedding after facial treatments, wiping and sanitizing surfaces such as front desk, bathroom, and back rooms. Replenish towels and toiletries in bathroom. Replenish sheets for back service staff. Check to make sure no clutter and everyones personal belongings are hidden and not in guest site. Daily Sweeping and cleaning required throughout the day.

Advises on services after care procedures and relay retail product information to clientele.

Process retail inventory monthly. Advise Spa Manager when low in retail products(s) communicates guests product requests for new items.

Provide the Spa management team with feedback on guest response to our service line (Lashes, Lash & Brow Tints, Lash and Brow Lifts and Facial treatments, ) thereby actively creating the best possible spa experience for our guests

Demonstrates proactive leadership qualities in both the daily operation of the Spa/Salon in long-term visioning.

Must possess the ability to cater to high-end clientele in a luxury setting.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
